Amy Aragon is a Filipino contemporary artist who earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines under the tutelage of Roberto Chabet. She later expanded her technical repertoire by completing a postgraduate program in digital animation in Toronto, Canada. Her international living experiences across Japan, Indonesia, and Canada have profoundly shaped her artistic narrative, as has her family life with her husband and collaborator, Jay Ticar, and their daughter, Hikari.
Ranked among the top contemporary artists in the Philippines, Aragon has an extensive exhibition history spanning nearly two decades. She frequently exhibits across the Philippines, with international showcases in Malaysia and Indonesia.
